Emicon’s Everest290 receives MCE Excellence Award

MCE 2024 Excellence Award

From March 12 to 15, the 43rd edition of Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, an appointment to learn about the latest technological developments in the fields of plant engineering, energy efficiency and comfort, was held at Rho Fiera (Milan). The 2024 edition was distinguished by the rich presence of integrated cooling, heating and domestic hot water solutions. It was also remarkable for the presence of the MCE Excellence Awards initiative, an award to components, systems and technologies that speed up the energy transition consistent with the achievement of the 17 goals signed as part of the 2030 Agenda by the UN.

Among the award-winning solutions is Everest290, from Emicon, the new range of propane chillers and heat pumps designed to operate to the highest market standards and enable the simultaneous production of high-temperature hot water and chilled water.  This range is offered as a residential, commercial, and industrial solution and is characterized by the concept of modularity that ensures maximum operational flexibility, as well as letting a high range of cooling heat outputs thanks to the possibility of combining up to 10 modules within a single system wich allows the system to be expanded at any time.

The crown jewel of the range are the 4-pipe units, which can simultaneously produce hot water and chilled water at the highest efficiency values on the market. Everest290 stands out for its ability to achieve high water temperatures (up to 70°C) even in cold climates (down to -20°C) and the possibility of extending the system at any time. The innovative “Master in rotation” logic allows one or more modules to be excluded for maintenance or other needs without interrupting the operation of the entire system.
