Last week Enex Technologies participated at the third edition of the ENOUGH project yearly meeting held in Paris and hosted by the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment of France (INRAE).
The main scope of the ENOUGH project is to support the EU farm to fork sustainable strategy by providing technical, financial, and political tools and solutions to reduce GHG emissions (by 2030) and achieve carbon neutrality (by 2050) in the food industry.
Our Laboratory Engineer Luca Bisetto represented Enex Technologies and contributed to different work sessions aimed to ensure the full potential of the broad expertise within the food chain among the interdisciplinary ENOUGH team.
Bisetto commented: “We continue to partake in initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and the objective of the ENOUGH project to reduce emissions of the food sector is completely aligned with our goals”.
