Product Manager Refrigeration

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our Product Management team as a Product Manager Refrigeration. The successful candidate will be a market oriented, natural leader with excellent written and oral communication skills, passionate for natural refrigerants, determined to reach ambitious targets in a fast-growing multinational organization and ready to play a pivotal role in the company cultural change.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the refrigeration technology and market
  • Experience with NPD processes
  • Engineering education or proven technical background
  • Fluent English (Italian, French, Spanish, German a plus)

As part of the Product management team, you will manage the entire product lifecycle in the commercial and industrial refrigeration sector. Products include CO2, R290 and NH3 equipment

Your main tasks will include:

  • Analyse competition and market trends and identify needs for new or modified products
  • Define new product requirements
  • Organize product steering committees
  • Create, update and manage product development roadmaps
  • Execute strategic development projects through the company NPD process
  • Organize project gate reviews collecting inputs from all the involved departments
  • Produce content for sales brochures, presentations and case studies
  • Provide training on new products to sales teams and customers
  • Participate to exhibitions and events

In this role you will Interact with all functions, including R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, ESG and Marketing
