3D Senior Designer Coordinator

We are looking for an expert and proactive 3D Senior Designer Coordinator to join our team of experts in the heat exchanger industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and knowledge in the heat exchanger sector, be very efficient in 3D technical drawing tools such as SOLIDWORKS and possess a good level of English.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required.

Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS.
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent ability to work in a team, demonstrating cooperation and effective communication with colleagues.
Ability in making sketches of products such as 2D and 3D views, plans, and sections under tight time constraints and lack of detailed information.
Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Professional Draftsman Certificate.
Technical-Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
Previous experience in heat exchanger industry.
Knowledge in refrigeration and thermodynamics.

What will you be doing in this role?

Your main tasks will include:

Design and develop efficient and reliable heat exchangers fully customized.
Perform thermodynamic design of special equipment.
Create detailed technical drawings in 3D and exploded views of components.
Create and update Project documentation.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve design and manufacturing processes.
Apply refrigeration knowledge to optimize product performance.
Assist in the quotation and technical specification of bespoke special equipment.
Direct and indirect collaboration (in person through travel or by video call) with the Designers teams located at the technical offices of the Spain and France headquarters.
Actively cooperate with other company departments ensuring optimal communication with them by mainly supporting the Sales Department, Programming Department, Production Department, Purchasing Department and Logistics Department.
Ability to find technical solutions in complete autonomy through direct dialogue with other Departments, Suppliers, Customers, with a view to improving products and processes in terms of technology and quality aiming at cost reduction and sustainability.
