Sales Area Manager Central Europe & Italy VU heat exchangers

Based in Italy, we are searching for a talented and courageous Sales Area Manager Central Europe & Italy  for VU heat exchangers who share our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together.

The resource, reporting directly to the Sales Management, will be involved in the management of already acquired customers and in the development of new business opportunities in the territories of its competence.

He will also be responsible for coordinating and providing technical support to the agents present in the area and monitoring the progress of sales in the assigned area.

Specifically, it will follow the markets of Italia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

Developing sales for the Heat Exchangers Business Unit to grow significantly in the OEM, distribution, and contracting HVAC & Refrigeration markets in the assigned area.

To assure to reach the budget in terms of Revenues and Margins by driving the business in the assigned area with existing customers and expanding new sales channels.

Manage eventually agents, distributors and sales representatives within the area with the support of the Export Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics
  • 3-5 years in similar role in HVAC / Refrigeration business (Heat Exchangers).
  • Knowledge of process cooling
  • Extensive knowledge of Heat Exchangers VUs products.
  • Strong Sales Background in HVAC and/or Refrigeration products ranges and knowledge of market.
  • Good knowledge of sales channels Heating & Air conditioning (Wholesaler, OEM, Contractors)
  • Experience of working within a fast moving and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
  • Fluent in English. The knowledge of a further EU language is a plus (Italian, Spanish or French

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Customers relationship to maximize sales potential and develop Heat Exchangers and VUs business market
  • Develop long-term relationships with installers, OEM, distributors and the key stakeholders including end-users, contractors and consultants.
  • Develop distribution and dealers’ network in the dedicated regions targeted by ENEX Technologies.
  • Coordinate the existing agents and distributors in the territory
  • Analysis of the assigned territory to find new potential customers.
  • Commercial management of acquired customers
  • On-site visits of both existing customers and prospects
  • Management of offers and estimates.
  • Provide accurate order booking forecasts and projections in order to support the Heat Exchangers  Division.
  • Achieve sales targets for the Heat Exchangers Division, through various sales visits with key clients for the assigned territory and products ranges.
  • Report on all project’s periodical (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement.
  • Manage customer payments, finish good inventory and stocks.
