The Free-cooler system has the characteristic of guaranteeing continuous air changes with the primary objective of transferring the heat generated by the equipment to the external environment (for dissipation).
Solution designed to allow high ENERGY SAVING also in site where air conditioning units without free cooling system were previously installed.

AIR INTRODUCTION SYSTEM
• Internal free-cooler box complete dust filters and fan (centrifugal/tangential) and differential air pressure switch
• Electrical panel “Command and Control” consists of general disconnecting switch breaker, PLC PB13, maximum temperature thermostat
• External air inlet grid with insect protection
• Overpressure damper
• Internal grid
• External plenum

The system is designed to be managed by its own PLC to manage the operation cycle and detect the possible causes of alarm.
This system when coupled with an Ethra Tech air conditioner can be managed by the same air conditioner controller, without need for a dedicated PLC.
Fan speed is adjusted with “PROPORTIONAL” (0-10V) signal.
This system can also be identified as an emergency system to cool the room as it is provided an electromechanical controller (thermostat) that allows to feed the fan in an independently and separately when the detected temperature exceeds the predetermined values.

Technical features
• External panels painted with epoxide powders
• Very light weight
• Easy operations for installation
• Easy access for service and maintenance
• Low noise levels
